  • The project lasted 5 years and involved a three step approach:
    • Phase I: analysis of the current IT architecture
    • Phase II: Definition of requirements and migration planning

    • Access channels (ATM, call centre, internet, branches)
    • Middleware for multi-channel access
    • New core banking system (25 functional and 14 technical projects)
