Our client wanted to innovate its web & mobile proposition: the website was old with complex navigation and developed with out-of-date technologies; there was no mobile support.

A digital program was launched with the objective of building a new web & mobile technical platform, a new company website with client private access, mini-site for agencies and an innovative hybrid mobile app integrated with claim management to allow FNOL on car accident.

  • Scope: GFT was engaged to support the Client’s project on several tracks: PMO, Digital design, Information architecture, Content, Business and Requirements analysis, Solution design and Implementation, System integration.
