Raj Taylor

Raj Taylor is expanding GFT's global footprint into the Asian markets as part of his Chief Commercial Director (COO) APAC role. He is responsible for leading the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of GFT in APAC. Including holding the role Managing Director of GFT Vietnam, which is the APAC Delivery Centre.

Raj joined GFT in 2013 as Head of UK Talent and HR Operations. After further growth of the GFT UK business he was appointed as Client Commercial Director, May 2016, responsible for Globally Significant Clients. Since April 2018 he has been part of the APAC Management Team as COO responsible for setting up Client Units in Hong Kong, Singapore, and a Delivery Centre in Vietnam. He also has a further responsibility of being Global Head of Client Compliance, January 2020, ensuring clients requirements at aligned within GFT operations.

Raj has 25+ years of experience in Human Resources and Operations. Prior to joining GFT, he was an Operations Manager with a leading global RPO provider.
