You are fundamental in linking daily operations with the mid- and long-term strategy. And you are responsible for driving the successful realisation of the defined goals. Many of our current executive leaders took part in our Accelerated Leadership Programme (ALP) to gain experience.
Since women are still underrepresented in the IT sector, we try to fill at least 50% of our management positions with female team leaders to help women succeed in a male-dominated industry.
