GFT, Confluent (CFLT) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) are utilising 'The Power of 3' to invite you to attend a AWS GameDay, a collaborative learning exercise designed to test your skills in implementing AWS and CFLT solutions in a hands-on, gamified, risk-free environment.
What to Expect: You will build out a GenAI pipeline that will recommend products based on text and images (a.k.a multimodal) provided. To do this, you will implement a Apache Kafka® Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture using technologies like AWS Lambda, Amazon Redshift, Confluent Cloud, and Apache Flink®.
Things you will do:
- Build applications that produce to and consume from Confluent Cloud topics
- Create embeddings and generate responses using Amazon Bedrock
- Store and retrieve vector embeddings from Amazon OpenSearch
- Trigger AWS Lambda natively from a Confluent Cloud topic
- Leverage Confluent’s managed-Flink offering to transform data in real time and create a contextualized prompt
Alastair Gill (Principal Data Scientist, GFT) and Italo Nesi (Senior Solutions Engineer, Confluent) will also be speaking on GenAI during the event.
