We value a conscious and cooperative work culture. Our everyday life and work are characterized by five core values: caring, commitment, collaboration, courage and creativity. They are the basis of our teamwork and the key to GFT's long-standing success.

Caring

We care about people, cultures, and opinions, and show everyone equal respect. We unite more than 30 languages from 66 different nations. Our work is based on mutual trust and respect.

Committed

We are committed to our company, to education and the innovation of new technologies. GFT is constantly growing. We encourage the development of our employees as well as our development as a company.

Collaborative

We work together as a team of individuals with different talents. We actively share knowledge, feedback and ideas, and encourage others to do the same. One company, one team.

Courageous

We have the courage to develop new, breakthrough innovations and think outside of the box. To be successful you need to have the courage to be different, think bigger and see beyond the obvious.

Great ideas don’t happen overnight. People need room to evolve and be creative, to see possibilities and solve problems. We embrace different perspectives, challenge the norm, ask questions, and look for solutions to any challenge.

Empower

WomenTech

Two women deeply focused on their work in a modern tech lab, representing the contributions and involvement of women in the technology sector. — Explore the role and impact of women in the technology sector with this inspiring image showcasing two women working diligently in a modern tech lab.

As the IT sector is a male-dominated industry, we especially support women to succeed in the tech industry. We established our WomenTech Mentoring Programme as part of DE&I strategy, supporting women to feel empowered, confident and contribute to our success.

The WomenTech Mentoring Programme has been a great success in developing skills such as confidence, self-awareness, communication, and others, encouraging GFT women in various countries to improve themselves and become leaders. In 2022, two Spanish and one international edition were completed, with a total of 55 mentees. GFT Costa Rica, Germany, Switzerland and the USA led young talents trough eight mentoring sessions in which they received valuable career advice from mentors and speakers.

In 2023, the WomenTech programme is being rolled out to all 15 GFT countries. To date, 4 editions have been launched with 77 graduates, and there are more to come.
